DEER PROCESSING

Steve’s Meat Shop performs Deer Processing.  Deer are accepted during normal hours of operation.  Your job as a hunter is to properly field dress the animal and have an authorized tag (license) by the state where the deer was hunted.  Deer Processing costs $79.00 and includes skinning, cutting, wrapping and freezing the meat. 

DEER ARE PROCESSED INDIVIDUALLY - YOU GET YOUR OWN DEER MEAT BACK!  GUARANTEED!

Cuts Include:
A. Back Straps (Loins) and Tenderloins: 
     Whole (can be cut into portions), Butterfly or Bone-in
B. Steaks: 
     Rounds and Tips
C. Roasts:
    Tip, Rump, Arm or Neck
D. Ribs:
     Either whole or debone for ground
E. Ground in 1 ˝ or 2 lb packages
